Ifpeople still have this issue, I found a working fix: you have to open task manager and right click AC: Revalations -> Go to details -> Set affinity -> Disable all CPUs except CPU 0 (you have to do this before you load the save and play the whole mission with this setting even if the game lags) then you can re-enable all CPUs Asthe Dualshock 4 isn't officially supported in Assassin's Creed Revelations on PC you may require additional software to allow it to be recognised.
